There is a lady that works in the back that is very helpful, she was more than willing to double test the diamonds that were even smaller to make sure that they were accurately tested.
I had a very good experience with Shane. I was greeted at the door and given quick service. I initially could not find what I was looking for. I described and she went back and found exactly what I wanted. My wife loved the pearl/diamond earrings.

Back in November 2019(before the world went crazy) I came in to look at engagement rings for my then girlfriend. That is when I first encountered David. He was amazing and walked me through every step of designing my unique ring. Then during the whole 2020 Covid pandemic my fiancé, and I came in to look at wedding bands, and again David was there to walk us through every step, and to help me find my wedding band and complete my wife’s ring with her wedding band and her engagement ring. And this past Black Friday we walked in to get our rings cleaned. And once again David was there to help us with that process as well. For anyone who is interested in engagement rings or wedding rings, I highly recommend coming to this location and working with David
